I was curious to know what everyone's favourite game trailer is be it because of the cinematography or how hyped it made you for an upcoming release.
I thought I'd focus on a few oldies (15ish years) that people may be less familiar with or have forgotten.
Dead Island: I feel like this is one of the most famous gaming trailers, absolutely nothing to do with the game but stunning none the less -

Halo Reach: A trailer that really drives home the scale and hopelessness that Reach was trying to achieve. If the TV show looked as good and felt as raw as this I doubt there would be as much backlash -

Assasins Creed Revelations: The culmination of both a trilogy and quadilogy of games, the trailer sets up for an epic conclusion -

Fallout 3: This served as a completely new direction to the Fallout franchise and executed a masterful reveal -

The one I’ll always remember was the Gears of War trailer that had Mad World playing
Fun fact, the director of that tv ad went on to make Oblivion, Tron: Legacy and Top Gun: Maverick
He’s also just an all around very nice guy
