Is it normal to just... fall off, and not be as good at gaming? Because I feel like I've been getting worse for a while now.

I'm 41 and I just beat Sekiro several times.
I had been trying for years and quit again and again.
But now I can say I'm a decent Sekiro player.
Find the game you like and enjoy.
