Basically the question from the title. The most recent one that I played and really liked was Blasphemous and also Project Zomboid with some friends.

A korean platforming game based around a grappling hook. Absolutely delightful pixel art and characters in a very grim cyberpunk setting.

In tone and pacing, kinda. But seriously.... its focused on the GRAPPLING HOOK. You're more using your momentum in moving around platforms, avoiding people at speed and then zipping up to them to instant kill. Id put it more on the Celeste level.
