Didn't Harvard say they'd still do it by asking people to write an essay about how racism impacted them?

The majority decision said they could not achieve the same result by other means such as essays.

It is amazing isn't it. The home of one of the most prestigious law schools in the country trying to avoid upholding the constitution.

Does not say a lot for the likely ethics of their graduates
