I have the AW6 with the 2nd gen hart rate sensor. Is the 3th gen hart rate sensor on the AW7, 8 and 9 worth upgrading?

I use the AW mostly for CrossFit and health checking

Apps I use are:

Do i miss anything?

Or is it better for me to switch to Garmin for my needs? I just don’t know what to do anymore.

I track all my workouts with an Apple Watch Series 7 and a Garmin Forerunner 955, I get practically the same data from both devices.

Thanks that good to know. So I don’t have to worry about that. I think I will upgrade to AW8
