As the title indicated; I’ve had my SE 2 for a year+ now with 100% battery health. I dont know how common this is, refering to how my iphone 14 pro has already dropped 15% in a year. Incredible though.

Ultra hasn't been out for 2 years.
You’re right, of course. Was unsure so I checked with the store receipt, which was dated Oct 2021. Guess their counters were off. And that the battery has degraded even quicker than I thought it had.
