So yeah. Spending a lot of thoughts turning my phone to GrapheneOS. The only thing that really matters is my banking app. Is there a way to check if it works on Graphene?

I have yet to find an app that doesn't work on graphene. Enjoy it bc it's ๐Ÿ˜Ž.

Nice to hear actually!

I went off from Apple to google to have more possibilities. But the more I dig into Google and stuff, I actually want to get off Android too and I'm somewhat annoyed that these two are the ruling class.

I am the same, I was forced to have an iPhone for two years, and now I got an Android after being sick of iOS restrictedness. But I want to root my phone and install a degoogled ROM, but I can't even install a custom bootloader on my midrange Motorola, it just isn't supported. I don't want to have to spend ยฃ600 on a phone to be able to root it.

If you don't want to spend on a Pixel for GrapheneOS, have you considered CalyxOS or LineageOS? CalyxOS only supports a few devices outside of the Pixel range, while LineageOS covers a broader range.

I can't vouch for them personally, as I haven't used them, but I've heard good things about them.

I've looked at both of them, but neither of them support my specific device. I didn't know I had to degoogle it before I bought my phone, so I just concentrated on other charectiristics. My next phone I'll make sure I can root and properly degoogle.
