A Unix-like OS is preferred, but any operating system is fine, as long as you are doing cool, or unique stuff with it.

Sorry, the Debian policy does not allow declarations of distro wars without a corresponding license file and manpage.

distro-war is a FOSS tool for communicating with users on different distros.

Flags:
    --agree <your arguments here>
        Agree about something general about GNU/Linux before the war
    --defend <positive part about your OS>
        Bring up a positive argument about your specific distro.
    --close
        Close the connection to the other user
    --connect <IPv6 address of other user>
        Connect to another user using their global IPv6 address
