Get him a super complicated model kit, he'll stare at it and be scared to start.

My ds9 kit is doing the same. I'm speaking from experience.

Haha my dusty MG ZZ Gundam ver Ka joins you

When I bought it as my first MG kit, I was like "oh I can get a MG scale ZZ and 100 Shiki next" clueless

This, but with a kit from Five Star Stories instead of Gundam. Biggest you can manage to find!

I started with this ds9 which luckily had a tiny USS Defiant and Cardassian cruiser packed in aa well so I built those for practice. Then found out the ds9 model is clear plastic so you can run led strips through it and all this other stuff which would make my initial project seem like crap and I'd known it whe ever I looked at it. However, I am SO HOOKED on models now and figured I'd do other stuff for practice and now I'm working on some Nascar sets cause my parents are big fans an it'll be a cool gift for them and good practice for me

I haven’t seen you mention the word “airbrush” so I don’t think the patient is beyond saving.

I am planning on installing lights in the ds9 kit and that'll be a whole thing

Throw a giant asteroid into the Earth

That's not a bad idea!

You can always back out of the commitment by having nebulously defined angry psychic space sex(?) with him before impact. By the time you hit atmosphere the asteroid should disappear.

Make sure to express your deeply-rooted mommy issues while doing so. Very important step.

[–] Southloop@hexbear.net 3 points 3 weeks ago

Yes, important step. And make sure you project these feelings onto your shared underage Indian girlfriend.

Do you know how much clean up that will require afterwards?

[–] LaGG_3@hexbear.net 3 points 3 weeks ago

It'll help the Earth clean itself up in time. Don't think too hard about it.

I'm so sorry, but it's already too late vegeta-pain

All you can do now is make him comfortable and buy a better panel liner, I recommend Tamiya Accent Color (Black)

[–] gaycomputeruser@hexbear.net 15 points 3 weeks ago

Everyone has a giant space laser, why don't you try that?

[–] abc@hexbear.net 11 points 3 weeks ago

realize that compromise is the foundation of all relationships hope this helps, can't wait to see the panel gaps on the couch

Say you don't vibe with the artistic direction, and that you just feel less at home and would appreciate if you kept the furniture like it was before

don't, just shake until he reverts to factory settings
