UESP has a pretty decent app that has become a go-to read on commutes, etc

UESP is an incredible resource for everything Elder Scrolls. It's probably the best unofficial videogame website of all tbh
As far as I know, the general consensus on r/teslore was that all of ESO is canon, and that it does a decent job of expanding on existing lore. Back when I was doing more theory-crafting, I remember it had some great lore about orc society!
UESP has an ESO section and lots of lore in general so it’s a good place if you want reading material.
There's a good podcast called Elder Scrolls Lorecast that goes over the various regions, guilds, characters, etc in pretty good depth. They've been around for a while so there's a lot of good content to listen to.
UESP and the Imperial Library for sure
Hey late comment but if you want a podcast the covers more of the high level things or explaining "deep lore" (What's is the Uutak Mythos, what is C0DA?) Try Written In Uncertainty by Aramithius, lovely podcast
