can a dead iphone can still be tracked? (alien.top)

is it possible for an iphone to have no battery and still be tracked? the person i was talking to said their phone was gonna die. the messages send green but with no delivered text under it. i can see theyre live location tho.

You mentioned a phone with no battery but then talked about messages sending? I'm not sure which you want an answer for in that case. To be very clear though it's absolutely impossible for a phone to be tracked if it has no battery or even if turned off. If turned off then the circuitry is under no power whatsoever and unlike the movies it would be absolutely impossible to track.
