Was headhunted for a position at Amazon. But the recruiter said "You might be doing more than your usual 9 to 5. (Min 40 hours)"
And I told her that I sometimes do like 30 hours a week and my team plays video games for the remaining 5-10 hours together.
And she actually got mad at me for saying that.
How dare you. She's skipping lunch and peeing in a bottle struggling to make recruiting quota but you're out here enjoying life? Shameless.
We colonised thier lives fair and square!
Had a similar experience with a random company that said that “we might work on the weekends sometimes” and I rejected that immediately.
