We already had the hall of fame game where we saw Brett Rypien and Collin Johnson ball out. Now we have the full week 1 slate starting tonight.

Some games of interest for me-

Panthers - Patriots to see how Maye does and how their WR room shakes out.

Texans - Steelers to see how Fields does and whether he is a stash to see if he can beat out Russ sooner rather than later

What games are you interested in watching this week. About a month left until Week 1 is here!

The draft starts tonight. Some pretty good WRs and QBs in this draft and trades to be made that will shake up things in fantasy for sure

Bills trade Stefon Diggs to Texans

The Stefon Diggs era is over in Buffalo, as the receiver is headed to Houston in exchange for draft picks.

The fantasy football season is freshly over and while most keeper leagues don't require any keeper designations for at least a few months, I'd love to get some conversation started on who everyone is thinking about keeping in their leagues.

Make sure to provide enough context to your comment:

Number of teams in your league

Roster size/customization (superflex, no kicker, 3 WR, etc)

Number of keeper players per team

What it costs you to keep a given player into the 2024 season and beyond

Any rules unique to how your league treats keepers

I'm creating a megathread just in case anyone wants to discuss what's happening in the playoffs for daily fantasy, injury, or whatever kind of news is relevant to our community. Hope you team made the playoffs. I'm rooting for a Lions - Browns Super Bowl!

Well, the 2023 season is now in the books. Congrats to TheDaveAbides@midwest.social for winning our community league!

How did everyone in this community finish in their other leagues? I hope to hear that we have a lot of championship winners!

Which is weird because it's not even the same team. Snake draft sucks.

There's no world where Davante Adams and Pollard add to McCaffrey

It’s the semis in most leagues. One win away from the championship. We have games all weekend into Monday this week so I’m starting the game thread a bit early.

Good luck to all of you in the playoffs and a Merry Christmas to those who partake. Leave your comments on the games below!

Basically I want a 2 week ladder playoff, so any top 4 can win, any top 6 can reach 3rd, and any bottom 4 would end up last for losing 2 in a row. I think ESPN does consolation ladders, I prefer Yahoo but I don't think they do ladders at all. I've heard good things about Sleeper. But I don't have any experience with it.

It’s round 1 of the playoffs in most leagues. Hope you had a good Saturday. If you started LaPorta, Chandler, Addison, or Amon-Ra you did!

Poor weather expected for Cowboys vs Bills and Falcons vs Panthers so downgrade those kickers and upgrade the defenses.

Tonight we have Baltimore vs Jacksonville on the docket and Monday we have the Seahawks and eagles in the first ever flexed Monday night football game.

Best of luck to everyone in the playoffs, and better luck next year for those of us who missed out on the sweet nectar of the playoffs. Leave your comments on todays action below!

Congrats to @MooDib @TORFdot0 @TheDaveAbides @Holomew as the four playoff teams in the inaugural season of the community fantasy league.

It turns out that default settings for the playoffs are 2 weeks per matchup for both the semis and the championship. That would drag the playoffs into week 18 for the second half of the championship.

The question I have for the other 3 playoff teams (I’m abstaining so there is no conflict of interest), how do we want to handle the championship? Handle it according to the ESPN default for a 2 week championship? Change matchups to a single week and have the championship in week 16? Disregard week 18 and just manually declare the champion after week 17 (ESPN doesn’t support setting one round for two weeks and the next round for one week).

Let me know your vote below.

It’s the fantasy playoffs. It’s time for win now mode and to work the wire accordingly. In this thread we name a player to claim off waivers and can start in the playoffs, name a player to cut (no kickers or defenses please), and a player to stash (we kind of are running out of time here folks)

For most of us, it’s the last week of the regular season. Hopefully you’ve clinched. Otherwise the cards are all on the table to get in.

Commanders and Cards are on Bye. Eagles and Cowboys play tonight. Two games tomorrow, titans at Dolphins and Packers at Giants.

Good luck to all your playoff hopes, leave your comments on today’s action below!

We're a 12-owner league split into 6 "rivalries" that play twice per year.

Husbands and wives trying to be the one claiming glory for their household, lifelong friendships at risk of being ruined forever, it's a lot of fun. And especially because the final week of regular season is, you guessed it, rivalry week.

We have two teams vying for the final playoff spot this week. One of them is brand new to the league this year, invited by his childhood friend who now is gleefully looking forward to the chance to break his heart in his first year. Adding to the drama is that earlier in the season our playoff hopeful traded away Rachaad White to his rival....for Rhamondre Stevenson. Ouch.

The other relevant matchup this week is between two work colleagues, the one in with a playoff chance being the boss of the other. The underling has had an absolutely trash season that was over before it started, but one of his only victories was against his boss in the first rivalry week and he seems determined to repeat that win. Now, can you guess who has his annual performance review coming up at work on Monday?

This weekend should be a good one! She says, from her high and mighty guaranteed spot in playoffs.

Popcorn

What's going down in your league?

In this thread, we name one player to add from waivers, one player to stash for the playoffs when waivers clear, and one player to cut (no defenses or kickers please)

The playoffs may have started in some leagues with a 2 week championship. The last week of byes is here. Leave the players you are considering below!

Just a week or two left in the fantasy football season. DK Metcalf owners are happy so far (if they didn’t leave him on the bench after that thanksgiving dud!)

Some weather in a few games. Rain in NE and snow in GB as the chiefs take on the Packers tonight.

Tomorrow night the Bengals take on the Jags. Good Luck to everyone, hope you clinch the playoffs tonight!

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday. We are down to only a week or two left of waivers before the playoffs. In this thread list a player you are hoping to get on waivers, a player you would stash when waivers clear, and a player cut.

In this thread we list a player we are going to add from waivers (plus FAAB%) if you play in a league with FAAB. A player to stash after waivers clear. And a player to cut (No defense, kicker, or Tony Pollard please)

Colts and Patriots in Germany.

Raiders and Jets up tonight

Dolphins, Eagles, and Chiefs on bye.

Some major injuries at wide receiver.

Get you lineups in and leave your comments below

They all score fine, but the McCaffrey owner outscores me by 100 points in the season. 90% of this difference is the difference between Pollard and McCaffrey

The rest is the difference between CeeDee Lamb and Davante Adams! This is how important the first few picks are

In this thread we list one player we are adding on waivers.

A player to stash once waivers clear

And a player to cut that we've given up on.
