What if you post a photo of yourself (like they do in AMAs). Surely it ties your profile to your "natural person" then and would subject all your content (since its connected to your profile) to be covered by GDPR?

You can get it fully live at F1tv as well for a higher cost. Thats what I do so I cannot really say how delayed the cheaper account is, but I suspect it won't be available until after the race is concluded.
F1tv includes a lot of live stuff other than the main feed; "international" commentary, technical standing (tire age, track position etc) and helmet cam for most (all?) drivers. All of this can be switched between but also watched at the same time if you have multiple screens or use MultiViewer
