It all looked promising as I was preparing the kebabs. Good to go… The Adana kebab held together quite well. Thanks to @Hossenfeffer@feddit.uk for the link to this video. The other one was broadly inspired by a sheek kebab recipe and that went South rather quick. It was heading for the coals almost faster than I could rescue bits of it. Tray to the rescue

I'm glad that video worked, especially since I intend to follow it next time I try Adana kebabs!
