The only way to win is to sit down in that producer role, raise a fargton of money for your idea and teach others to bring your idea to life. You have to UNTEACH them all the Marvel/Disney way of boring, politically correct pandering to the lowest denominator. I'm only sad that this means Cavill will have less time for acting.

He didn’t leave though. he was unceremoniously dropped as is usually what happens in ‘corporate crossfire’ which only adds to the meme as he manages to get back up and sell out another show each and every time Disney and Netflix shits the bed. Which just goes to show you who the real problem with their own products is.
