Thank you! π
Congratulations @steve228uk@lemmy.world !!! This is hands down my favorite Lemmy app!
Thanks so much! π
Just bought the pro license. Great job!
Thank you! I really appreciate the support <3
To everyone that enjoys the app, and especially those pleased enough to subscribe or purchase Lifetime Pro, donβt forget to rate and review the app in the App Store. Letβs help Steve build a user base!
Thank you!! Yes, App Store reviews are a massive help β€οΈ
Swift or ReactNative?
React Native
When will android get a release?
Any plans to add a safari extension like Apollo used to have and Ivory currently has? Iβm all for buying in on good software, but thatβs one of the requirements for me to buy in.
It looks great!
A share extension? That should already be there, you might just need to turn it on.
If you used Apollo or Ivory you might remember they both have a Safari extension where they take links to instances and open them in the relevant app. Apollo would just open reddit links but Ivory takes a link to any Mastodon instance and opens it in the app. It would be awesome to have the same happen with lemmy instances. I think Memmy is planning on something like that
This actually looks really polished
Thank you π
How long will the lifetime discounted option be available for? I will go for that once I hit payday at the end of the week.
Itβll be for at least a week! I really appreciate the support π
Donβt take it off until I can afford to pay for it! π
EDIT: Fixed it. After deleting the app from the phone, and choosing the option to remove all data, a fresh install allowed me to go through the real Pro subscription process.
Original message below: I'm having trouble subscribing to Pro. I did the fake lifetime subscription in TestFlight a few days ago, and it still says i'm subscribed in the app store version. In TestFlight, it now shows the option to install bean, so I'm pretty sure the version on my phone is the official release. I want to give you real money!
Thank you so much!
The fake payment seems to get cached for a while (I think 24 hours) but it seems like deleting it fixes things.
Congrats
can Bean work with kbin accounts? I know the two are federated, just wondering since thatβs my home instance π
At the moment Kbin doesnβt have an API in the stable release. When it does I plan to add support to Bean.
In the meantime youβll need a Lemmy account and sub to Kbin Magazines from there.
Hopefully not much longer!
Before I buy Pro, is there a timeline as to when image posts will mark as read correctly when the image is opened from the thumbnail? (Links seem to mark as read correctly when clicking the thumbnail)
Thanks!
Finally my go to Lemmy app is in the AppStore. Your app made the transition from reddit over to Lemmy much much easier for me. Thank you very much! Canβt wait what the future is briningβ¦ Will Pro carry over to testflight?
Thank you! I'm glad I could help with the switch π
All purchases in TestFlight are fake and aren't connected to those made on the App Store.
Yeah, I know. Iβll get Pro in the official release and wonder if Iβll keep the Pro status if I support the betas in the TestFlight.
I believe so! I'll do some more testing and give people an update on TestFlight going forward.
Thanks a lot. Keep up the great work and say hi to Jazzy from me.
He says βmeowβ back π±
Downloaded, and finally got to pay you some money! Thanks for all of your hard work on this app.
Thank you so much for your support and help testing over the last month!
Will Test Flight be ending?
The link for new TestFlight testers is already closed and I'll be clearing the list at the end of this week. Testing for v1.1 will be opened up again as a new list soon.
I got a lifetime sub! https://postimg.cc/SndY1G6M/f8b6b53f
It definitely wasn't cheap (considering the several open source free lemmy apps), but seeing how fast this app has evolved + your commitment shows that this is gonna be a serious app (and not a side experiment that is suddenly canned).
This is also exactly why I chose lemm.ee as my instance, I'm looking for serious and stable platforms. Commitment quickly runs out for free apps, as I've seen many times before. Anyways congrats on the appstore release!
Thanks so much, I really appreciate the support! β€οΈ
