Furthermore, even if greed was human nature that's an argument for creating systems that inhibit negative aspects of human nature while encouraging positive ones. Capitalism is like taking a gambler to a casino.

Exactly, if we weren’t in a system that forced us to compete just for survival the majority of humans tend to work together and help each other. It’s just difficult to do that when your stressed just making ends meet for yourself/your family.

I feel like we are in a system where we are fighting for our survival, however, people are so dumbed down to not even know it. We are literally having our balls chopped off. WE live longer lives, but we spend more years miserable, doing more menial tasks. It's like being tortured longer, as before we lived like matches that were bright but burned out quickly.
