This is literally just an ad π
Honestly don't buy this car. It's way overpriced for what it is (hardly classifiable as a car) and is tiny. I just like the design and wanted to share it. Also is a car and I don't like the concept of cars as a default mean of transport in general, but I appreciate the design choices.
That's cool. I'd recommend attaching something in the description next time you post something like this. Something that makes it clear it isn't an ad. On Lemmy, you're able to attach text to images very easily. I don't really mind, but I saw someone else mention this post in a different community and don't want you getting shat on for liking cars.
Damn I didn't know I was popular π thanks for the advice, will definitely do in the future since I was planning to start a series of posts like this one lol
I've unfortunately grown as a car guy in the purely aesthetic side of things and just can't stop appreciating clever designs when I see them
You are clearly our new micro-celebrity now
Which makes me wonder if people donβt realize they are the ads
What? Lmao oh like word-of-mouth? Not a huge consolation but Iβd rather get advertised to like that than by a corpo ig.
lol yeah I don't like marketing in any shape but like, I do ask people I trust for recommendations when I need to buy something and that kind of "advertising" I don't really have a problem with
On the other hand when someone posts something like this on social media, even if it's not intended as an ad it's just viral marketing whether the person posting about it knows it or not
Like even with the new texts it's literally just an ad
