A UK-centric Electric Vehicles community, where discussion/news of the wider European continent is welcome.
All discussion of EVs (and hybrids for the moment), charging networks, etc, welcome!
No USA/Americas news unless it is relevant to the UK/Europe - most of the existing EV communities on Lemmy are awash with US discussion, please use one of those. US news and discussion will be removed.
The main "global" EV community is !electricvehicles@slrpnk.net

Used ev owner, literally been a perfect experience. My brother has a 2013 fiat 500e and I have a 2018 fiat 500e. Both of us have had to do tires and some minor 12v battery hiccups. Total repairs (not including people wrecking into us...twice) 0$
Both cars have been hit in the same place (for the same reason...failing to yield) and both cars were repaired in a timely manner and without extra issues.
I've driven 24k in my one year of ownership.
Thanks buddy. That's reassuring to hear. I'll do some more shopping I think.
